Wearing these really accentuates the shape of your glutes for sure especially when doing legs and glute workouts. I like wearing them underneath my gym shorts when I’m working out in the gym, but when working out at home I’ll wear it as is. They fit true to size and if your a little on the heavy side, it may not be comfortable. I highly recommend this product
