It’s a 3 month Glute Building Program that can continue for longer if you choose. Most people go longer than 3 months as they make so much progress and growth.
Version II comes with all the exercises for each day for Glutes & Legs, very detailed and easy to follow. I’m a perfectionist, so you will see that in my program. I also throw in a 3 month Home Glute workout routine with Glute Band exercises for those that can’t get to the gym for any reason and also an amazing ab routine to keep the core shredded.
Lastly it comes with supplement recommendations, nutrition tips along with weekly check ins.
